Yes. Choose a plan and start your free trial when ready.
-
Can I have more than one station?
Yes. One account can manage several stations. Order more by choosing a plan under your account's current email.
-
Can I invite multiple people to my station?
Yes. Grant access to your station for music management and live DJ takeovers. But restrict what users can do with roles.
-
What are add ons?
Add ons are additional features like mobile apps or the website builder. Depending on what plan you pick, some add ons are included.
But if not, then purchase them in your add ons area.
-
Can I customise my plan?
No. If you need more storage, bandwidth, users, or features that aren't available on your current plan, then you'll need to upgrade.
-
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. But only to charities and non-profit organisations with valid proof.
To find out if you're eligible, talk to us.
-
My station has been suspended. What can I do?
Suspension happens either due to a failed payment attempt or cancellation. To reactivate your station, login to Radio.co and make payment. But be quick, stations are maintained for 60 days before automatically deleting.
-
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Gain access to your account by resetting your password.

What payment methods do you accept?
All plans accept PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard credit/debit cards.
Choose to be billed in either US Dollars ($), British Pound Sterling (£), or Euro's (€).

When will I be charged?
Payment is automatically taken at the end of your trial and processed roughly the same time you signed up. But this may vary, so no approximate time can be given.
-
Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
Yes. In your billing area, select the plan you'd like to change to.
-
Why did my payment fail?
Common reasons are insufficient funds or your card issuer may be blocking the transaction. For the latter, contact your payment provider to resolve the issue.
For everything else, contact us.
-
How do I cancel?
Cancel your account anytime in your billing area.
But if you're leaving due to technical issues, not completely happy with the service, or you'd prefer to speak to someone, then get in touch.
-
What file formats are supported?
Broadcast either in MP3 or AAC formats up to 320kbps. But uploaded tracks should be in MP3 format. For best results, we recommend using stereo files encoded at 192Kbps.
-
How do I upload files?
Two ways. Either drag and drop files in your browser. Or use an FTP client like FileZilla to bulk upload tracks.
-
Can I broadcast live?
Yes. Whether you're live broadcasting in your studio, remotely, or another DJ is hosting, Radio.co makes connecting to your station easy.
Depending on your software of choice, there are several ways to manage your shows locally before broadcasting online.
-
What if my listeners have poor internet connection?
Enable a second lower quality stream for those on mobile or a poor internet connection. Broadcasting at 64k AAC, this second stream uses less bandwidth to accommodate listeners.
-
What type of security does my station get?
Your station comes equipped with server-level access control.
Block or allow specific individual people or entire countries. Ideal if you've got stream rippers abusing your shows or for licensing purposes.
And an IP flood control limits the number of connections per IP address. Save on bandwidth and listener spaces.
-
How can I track my station's performance?
Know who's listening to your radio station with real-time statistics and regular reports, handy for licensing purposes.
-
How can listeners tune into my station?
Several ways. But the two most popular are web players and mobile apps.
Listeners browsing your site can quickly tune into shows using a custom-branded player tailored to your station. And for those on the move, apps let listeners take your station wherever they go.
-
Are there places to list my show?
Add your radio station to popular radio directories to promote and grow your listeners with ease.
And if you're on TuneIn, automatically publish track info using their AIR API.
-
How can I share my station on X (fka Twitter), Facebook, etc?
Link to your radio station website or stream so your social media followers to tune in. On Facebook, you can include direct links. But on X, Instagram & TikTok, you'll need a service like Linktree to include multiple links.
On players, add social share buttons. Whether on X or Facebook, give listeners the power to make your shows go viral.
-
Can listeners tune in directly?
Yes. Tune into your station directly via a stream URL. Handy if you're looking to share in a bespoke way, like on:
- Custom site links.
- In emails.
- Or in your own apps.
-
How do I create iOS and Android apps?
Either outsource to a developer and build your own station apps. Or get us to do it. And with Radio.co, you just need to submit your designs and we'll take care of the rest.
-
Do I need a website to run a station?
No. Radio stations are independent, with ways to share your shows via directories, apps, and smart home devices.
But if you're in the market for a website, then let us help set you up.
-
Do you provide music?
No. When you start your station, you're given a free space to upload all your tracks, mixes, and shows.
But there are places you can download music. Both free of charge, royalty music. Or paid copyrighted music.
-
Can I play copyrighted music?
Yes. What you broadcast is entirely your choice and responsibility. But please be aware, you may need a license depending on your country. If you're unsure, contact your local authority for more info.
-
I'm new and need to talk to someone. Who do I contact?
