When you unpackage this microphone screen, you get the actual screen which is made out of a thick sheet of CNC acoustic foam, and you also get the sturdy metal stand to slot it onto. The screen is incredibly light weight, which means it won't topple over any mic stands or weigh down boom arm.
Set up is super easy, simply attach the metal stand to your boom arm or microphone stand before putting your microphone on, and then slot the microphone screen onto the stand. You can put the screen on before you attach the stand to the boom/microphone stand, but it makes things a lot more fiddly!
